You were kind enough to email me some time ago to ask me how i was doing,,, as I had written to you about how wonderful Unspoken was and how it had helped me through the sudden death of the man i loved most in this world,,,and yes it did and still does hold the pain,,over 3 years now and thank god things are getting easier and better. Just wanted to give u some l support
with ur lowcarbing i found that was the best diet for me and i know its hard to stick too so hard i just hope ur managing to hang on in there with it/ i got only 2 stone i want to lose but really i know i will feel so much better when its done! even if it takes me two years to do it!
